How to animate with sprites- Save Image As the picture. Then open it with paint. Have an extra blank piant with you. Copy (Ctr+C) and Paste (Ctr+V) the single sprite onto the empty spaint. Save that under a folder Called Sprites. Go to Pivot 3 Beta(no Pivot 2.25) and go to File and click Load Sprite. Load that sprite to pivot 3 Beta and press Next Frame... Look at the video for detailed info...
